Step 1: Initial Consultation
I like to begin with a casual, no-obligation consultation either by phone, email, or in person. This helps us get to know each other and ensures I'm available on your wedding date. If I am available, we'll discuss your wedding plans, vision, and what you're looking for in your wedding photos.
Step 2: Contract & Deposit
After our consultation, I'll send you my contract outlining our mutual expectations, services provided, total cost, and payment terms. To secure your date, a 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is typically due a few weeks before your wedding, but flexible arrangements can be made.
Step 3: Planning
We can collaborate on a shot list, discussing any specific photos you want (or don't want). I'm available for any questions or concerns you may have leading up to the wedding. My aim is to ensure this process is smooth and stress-free. If you can send me a finalised version of your wedding timeline a few weeks before the day, that helps me a lot!
Step 4: Your Wedding Day
On the big day, I'll arrive early to familiarize myself with the venue and set up my equipment. I'll capture all the special moments, rain or shine. Relax and enjoy your day, I'll capture what naturally unfolds.
Step 5: Post-Wedding
After your wedding, I'll back up all photos so they're safe and start working on the edits. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks. Once ready, I'll deliver your images in the agreed-upon format - whether a digital gallery, USB, prints, or an album. You'll have full print rights with no watermarks or extra costs.
